AmCham Event - Discussion on the current developments on TTIP offered by NautaDutilh

Published: September 19, 2016

On September 15, 2016, International law firm and member-company NautaDutilh hosted a seminar aimed at providing members and clients with in-depth and up-to-date information in order to bring them up to speed regarding the state of affairs surrounding the ongoing negotiations on TTIP.

Members and clients were welcomed on the 12th floor of the brand new NautaDutilh office in Amsterdam. After the topic was introduced with a re-cap of the current status by negotiations insider Holly Lindquist Thomas (U.S. Embassy The Hague), speakers Koen Berden (World Trade Institute - initially responsible for the economic analysis underlying Dutch policy regarding TTIP), Nikos Lavranos (EFILA), Mark Reichwein (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and Gerard Meijer (NautaDutilh - leading specialist on investment arbitration) addressed the key issues helpful to determine whether it would be in a company's interest that the TTIP negotiations succeed or not.

AmCham looks back on a successful event and thanks NautaDutilh for its generous support.
