In 2022, AmCham is celebrating its 60th anniversary with a year full of celebratory and notable events. Leading up to the big anniversary event on May 25, AmCham will host a series of (breakfast) sessions in collaboration with the content partners of the 60th Anniversary Celebration.
On December 7, AmCham kicked off with its first online ‘Good Morning! Start Your Day with AmCham!’ session, hosted in collaboration with Aon. During the webinar, five prominent guests discussed the future of Diversity & Inclusion.
Diversity & Inclusion is one of the most pressing topics in current boardrooms. Creating a more diverse and inclusive team or firm is hard work. There is no finishing line for the everchanging norm, it is a continuing process. What is most important is that you create an environment where there is trust. You have to feel save to be brave.
