On Thursday, October 3rd, and October 17, AmCham hosted a workshop for its Young Professionals network at Spencer Stuart to explore professional “Strengths & Styles.” Attendees were asked to take a self-assessment before the workshop, which led to a detailed overview of their values and skills. Professionals from Spencer Stuart gave a presentation explaining their method and then met with smaller groups to dive deeper into each attendee's personalized results. Guests concluded the evening with drinks and networking.
