On Thursday, October 3rd, AmCham and the Young Professionals Committee hosted a workshop at Spencer Stuart to explore professional “Strengths & Styles.” Attendees were asked to take a self-assessment before the workshop, which led to a detailed overview of their values and skills. Professionals from Spencer Stuart gave a presentation explaining their method and then met with smaller groups to dive deeper into each attendee's personalized results. Guests concluded the evening with a borrel.
