This morning, AmCham’s Legal Committee organized a conference call to discuss best practices for responding to COVID-19 related issues in their respective businesses and any legal aspects thereof. This forum provides an excellent opportunity to learn from each other's experiences to see if they are facing similar issues and how they can prepare and protect their businesses.
This time, the following topics were discussed: Privacy, HR, Government Subsidies and Force Majeure Claims.
From now on, a monthly Conference Call will be planned, until the face-to-face meetings are allowed again.
