On October 6, Diversiteit in Bedrijf in collaboration with 15 other companies and supported by many more organized Diversity Day 2020 - a nationwide Dutch initiative that is taking place for the second time.

On October 1, 2019, Diversity Day was celebrated for the first time under the motto “Being Yourself Works.” On this day of connectedness they show that a mix of people with a difference in cultural origin, sexual orientation, age, gender or work ability is a positive thing.
