On October 1, Diversity Day in the Netherlands, AmCham and the Diversity & Inclusion Committee hosted a webinar to discuss how companies can bring the DE&I journey to employees outside of headquarters.
We heard from Sharron Cairns, Lead Athlete Service & Training for Nike Direct, Emilia Kaminska, Sr. HR Manager Eastern Europe & Turkey, and Laura Reijm, HUB Manager at UPS, about how they have communicated the importance of diversity and inclusion in every level of the workplace. Attendees were able to hear a honest discussion about the trials and successes of championing diversity, and the frameworks that have helped along the way.
