October 4 marks Diversity Day. To honor this day, AmCham’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee hosted a lunch webinar during which the participants had personal conversations about the unique life journey or perspective of our ‘human books’.
In analogy with the concept of the ‘Human Library’, we facilitated a series of personal conversation designed to connect on a personal level, challenge stereotypes and offer a place to learn from the unique perspective of others. During the session, the participants were divided into break out session specifically focusing on one of the ‘Human Books’: neurodiversity, Gen-Z, transgender and refugee.
