On February 13, AmCham hosted its annual PA Event at the Hotel Okura Amsterdam. This event is designed to show our appreciation for Personal and Executive Assistants of AmCham’s Board and Patron Members. Each year, participants are able to learn more about themselves with a workshop, exchange best practices, and connect over lunch.
This year’s workshop, hosted by Korn Ferry, centered around learning about individual social styles. Everyone in attendance took a self-assessment to reflect on their own habits and determine their dominant approach. The workshop then dove into understanding each style, allowing time to share with like-minded and diverse thinkers. Afterwards, attendees enjoyed lunch at the canal-side Serre Restaurant.
