On December 1, the sixth edition of the AmCham Young Professionals Award took place at the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam.
After an energetic final pitching round, followed by careful jury deliberation, 'Team EcoGo’ of FedEx - comprising Jeanne Frints, Ciara Gaughan, Maud Koedijk, and Anina Visser - emerged as the Winner of the AmCham Young Professionals Award 2023! Team ‘EcoGo’ impressed the jury with its concrete, simple and feasible solution for reducing carbon emissions, scoring outstandingly on all four criteria, feasibility, originality, impact and quality of the pitch. The jury hopes that the team will scale their innovative proposal as soon as possible!
Based on these criteria the second prize was awarded to ‘Team RELX’ of RELX, consisting of Deepak Birdja, Anastasia Churilova, and Maria Gomez. The third prize went to team 'Team J&J’ of Johnson & Johnson comprising Abidin Aliev, Arzu Cankaya, and Ditte Habraken.

- Team Lion Energy (ING): Luba de Haas - Nakropina, Jasper de Jager, Dewi Meekes, Huimang Ku
- Team Container Champions for Change (Maersk): Ceylan Caner, Coralie Charpentier, Robert Nieuwenhuis, Valerie van Nieuwenhuyzen
