Visit to Cargill's Animal Nutrition Innovation Center

On February 6, AmCham and its Sustainability & Innovation Committee organized a unique visit to Cargill’s Animal Nutrition Innovation Center in Velddriel, to explore how innovation can help us achieve better food quality while reducing footprints. 

During a discussion moderated by Cargill's Sr. Communications Manager EMEA Cynthia Mouanda, our speakers Niels Boetje, President Netherlands and President Health & Nutrition, Albertine van Wolfswinkel, Head of Corporate Responsibility EMEA and Alexandra Experton, Sustainability Lead, Animal Nutrition EMEA highlighted the importance of making connections through value chains in food systems. After the plenary session, Maarten Stoof and Naiana Einhardt Manzke took participants on a tour of the state-of-the-art innovation facility where Cargill’s researchers tailor solutions for animal nutrition.
