Super Tuesday is the day where multiple states hold presidential primaries that will influence the overall trajectory of the primaries more than on any other day. The results are therefore a strong indicator of the likely eventual nominee for each political party and uncovers trends among voters that will affect the campaigns.

- There will be three key battleground states in this election: Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
