Today, AmCham hosted the webinar 'Mental Health in COVID Times,' a topic that has been one of the main concerns of management during the past months. The webinar was an initiative of AmCham’s People Platform and was organized in close collaboration with Lifeguard.
Which impact does the pandemic have on the mental health of employees who have been working from home for almost an entire year now? Can differences be observed between different demographics? Which initiatives have organizations deployed? What are best and – even more important – worst practices?
During the webinar, Mikkel Hofstee, CEO of Lifeguard, alternated some of his key observations with practical exercises in virtual breakout rooms to give our members the opportunity to learn from each other. Daniella Schmidt, HR Manager at UL Transaction Security and member of AmCham's People Platform, moderated the session.
