The People Committee focuses on Human Capital as one of the most important means to improve the competitive position of AmCham members. The way the committee tries to achieve this goal is twofold: first, through signaling bottlenecks in Human Resource related legislation; secondly, by informing our members of the latest developments on Human Resource related issues.
